The main compartment in the NcSTAR 3 Day Backpack is cavernous, measuring a whopping 30H X 12” W X 7.5” D. Inside the main compartment are three mesh pockets, the largest measuring 12”H X 12” W with the other two zippered mesh pockets at 10”H X 12” W and 9”H X 12” W. The folks at NcSTAR realized you want your stuff to stay where you put it, so the remaining two zipper pockets actually lock. Whatever you choose to put in those two pockets isn’t going anywhere until you want them to.

NcSTAR designed this backpack for the serious camper, hunter or hiker with so many amenities we probably don’t have enough space to tell you about them all, but here’s some of the more special things about an NcSTAR backpack. The top front zippered compartment is 13: H X 11.5” W X 3” D and has several internal pockets to hold your scopes, first aid kit, and just about anything else you could possibly think of.
The bottom front zipper compartment is 12” W X 5.5’ H X 2.75” with several mesh pockets and the entire bottom compartment has two rows of MOLLE webbing. On the sides, the 3012 NcSTAR 3 Day comes with 4 (four) side compression straps with quick connect buckles which allow the wearer to snug that backpack in tight to keep it in place on your shoulders and back. Anyone who has been on an extended camping, hunting or hiking trip knows how important these compression straps are when it comes to rubbing and chafing.
Along with adjustable padded shoulder straps and a sternum strap with quick connect buckles, the NcSTAR 3-day has a thickly padded back side constructed to provide the wearer sufficient protection on the long and winding trek.
